These Dining Advantage Terms of Use ("Dining Advantage Terms") supplement the Kigo Terms of Use and govern your use of Dining Advantage. By using Dining Advantage, you agree to both the Kigo Terms of Use and these Dining Advantage Terms.
Important: These Dining Advantage Terms should be read in conjunction with the Kigo Terms of Use available at Terms. The Kigo Terms of Use govern all aspects of Offers, Rewards, redemption procedures, and general platform use. These Dining Advantage Terms address only the Dining Advantage-specific provisions.
1. About Dining Advantage
Dining Advantage is a catalog of merchant offers providing discounts at local and national establishments. It is not a single gift card and not available for online ordering.
How Dining Advantage Works:
- Access Codes: Members receive access codes via email or physical card
- Registration: Register your access code at diningadvantage.com
- Credit Dollars: Receive credit dollars to select merchant coupons
- Offer Selection: Browse offers in your zip code area and save coupons to your wallet
- Estimated Savings: Each coupon shows an "Estimated Savings" amount that is deducted from your credit balance when you save it
- Redemption: Present mobile or printed vouchers at merchant checkout
Offer Categories:
- Dining: Local favorites and national restaurant brands across all dining categories
- Shopping & Services: Non-dining discounts for retail, services, and more
- Things To Do: Entertainment, attractions, and activities
2. Dining Advantage Offer Rules
2.1 General Redemption Rules
The following rules apply specifically to Dining Advantage Offers:
- Single Use Only: Each Offer may be used only once unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Valid for Dine-In Only: Unless expressly stated on the Offer, valid for dine-in only (not takeout, delivery, or drive-through)
- Printable Offers: Valid for 14 days from the date printed
- Mobile Offers: Valid for 10 minutes from the time voucher is launched on mobile device
- One Offer Per Table/Party: Only one Dining Advantage Offer may be used per table, per party, per visit
- Tip on Full Amount: Gratuity should be calculated on the full amount before discount
2.2 Offer Exclusions
Unless expressly stated on the Offer, the following are excluded:
- Alcohol and alcoholic beverages
- Tax and gratuity
- Takeout, delivery, or drive-through orders
- Children's menu items
- Buffets (unless Offer specifically states "Valid for Buffets")
- Specials, promotions, or items already discounted
- Online ordering or third-party delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
2.3 Combining Offers
Dining Advantage Offers cannot be combined with:
- Other Dining Advantage Offers
- Restaurant coupons, discounts, or promotions
- Loyalty programs or rewards (unless merchant explicitly allows)
3. Geographic and Holiday Restrictions
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
Dining Advantage Offers may not be valid in certain jurisdictions, including:
- San Diego, California: Certain Offers may not be valid per San Diego Municipal Code 33.2713
- Louisville, Kentucky: Offers may not be valid during Kentucky Derby Week
- State-Specific Restrictions: Some states or municipalities may have additional restrictions
Please check individual Offer terms for geographic limitations in your area.
3.2 Major Holiday Exclusions
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Offer, Dining Advantage Offers are not valid on the following major holidays:
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
- Valentine's Day
- St. Patrick's Day
- Easter
- Mother's Day
- Father's Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Canada Additional Exclusions:
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Labor Day
- Boxing Day
Additional Local Exclusions: Individual merchants may exclude additional holidays (Kentucky Derby Day, local festivals, etc.). Check the Offer details before visiting.
4. Dining Advantage-Specific Disclaimers
4.1 Estimated Savings
The "Estimated Savings" amounts displayed for Dining Advantage Offers are:
- Estimates only, based on average order values
- Not verified against actual transaction amounts
- Not guaranteed actual savings
- Provided for illustrative purposes to help you select Offers
Example: An Offer showing "$20 Estimated Savings" is an estimate based on typical order sizes. Your actual savings may be higher or lower depending on what you order.
4.2 Credit Balance Deduction
When you save an Offer to your wallet:
- The Estimated Savings amount is immediately deducted from your credit balance
- This deduction occurs whether or not you use the Offer
- Unused or expired Offers do not restore credit to your balance
- You are responsible for managing your credit allocation across Offers
4.3 Merchant Relationships
Dining Advantage Offers are provided by independent third-party merchants. Kigo:
- Does not own, operate, or control participating restaurants and merchants
- Does not endorse any participating merchants
- Is not responsible for merchant performance, food quality, service, or Offer fulfillment
- Does not guarantee merchant participation or continued availability
- Will attempt to secure merchant compliance with Offer terms but has no control over merchant actions
- Is not responsible for refunding offer costs if a merchant refuses to honor an Offer
Important: Members are encouraged to confirm Offer acceptance with the restaurant or merchant establishment before making a purchase or dining reservation to ensure the Offer will be honored. If you encounter issues with an Offer, please contact Kigo customer support at help@diningadvtantage.com.
4.4 Merchant Changes
Participating merchants may:
- Add, remove, or modify their Offers at any time without notice
- Change their hours, menu, or policies
- Close temporarily or permanently
- Discontinue participation in Dining Advantage
Kigo is not responsible for merchant changes and does not provide refunds or credits for merchant-related issues.
4.5 No Guarantee of Specific Offers or Savings
Kigo does not guarantee:
- That any specific merchant or Offer will be available in your area
- That Offers will remain available for any period of time
- Any minimum number or value of Offers
- That you will achieve any specific savings amount
- That merchants will honor Offers (see Section 4.3)
5. Access Codes and Account Management
5.1 Access Code Terms
- Access codes are delivered via email to your registered email address
- You are responsible for registering your access code at diningadvantage.com
- Access codes may have expiration dates as specified in your email
- Lost or expired access codes may not be replaced
- Access codes are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared
5.2 Account Registration
Account registration and management are governed by the Kigo Terms of Use (Section 2). You must:
- Register with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify Kigo of any unauthorized access

These Dining Advantage Terms supplement and do not replace the Kigo Terms of Use. You must comply with both:

7.2 Conflicts
In the event of any conflict between these Dining Advantage Terms and the Kigo Terms of Use:
- The Kigo Terms of Use shall govern, except where
- These Dining Advantage Terms explicitly address Dining Advantage-specific provisions (such as offer redemption rules, geographic restrictions, or estimated savings disclaimers)
7.3 Defined Terms
Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Dining Advantage Terms have the meanings given in the Kigo Terms of Use.
